Temperature observations across the system — 08 April

Date

08 April 2026

Time

14:44

Conditions

Dry weather. No recent rainfall. Warm daytime conditions.

Location

Multiple points across the site, including spring emergence, downstream channel, and trough flow area.

Observation

Temperature readings were taken at multiple locations across the system.

Water at the spring emergence point was measured at approximately 10.5°C.

Further downstream within the flowing channel, temperatures were observed in the range of approximately 12–13°C.

In shallow, contained water within the trough area, temperatures were significantly higher, measured at approximately 18–19°C.

Evidence

Temperature readings taken using handheld thermometer.

Measurements taken at:

  • emergence point

  • downstream flowing water

  • contained trough water

Photographs taken at each location.
